like you are not improving? Swim
Bike Run of Kentucky has 7
certified, Natural Running Form
coaches taught personally by Danny
Abshire, the author of "Natural

Join us each Saturday at noon for a
free clinic on learning to run more
naturally. Learn how to use your
core instead of pounding your legs
and risking injury. Natural running

saving more energy for longer runs.
Instead of running on your heels or
over striding, we'll show you drills
designed to put you in a natural run
posture. Wear your current running
shoes, and come ready to move. We'll
also introduce you to the natural
running shoes from Newton designed
by Danny Abshire.
